This Sunday took us for a race in Norwich to give the NCA Spring Circuits Series a go!! Technically the most challenging road circuit / airport car park Harrison has ever ridden.
Race 1
Finding his feet or his race line, this was telling as the leaders started to put the pressure their cornering speed was second to none!! Harrison finished the race but was very down, he jumped onto his rollers to turn his legs. Quick chat and a drink and the next race was about to kick off.
Race 2
A good start to this race H stayed with the lead bunch and was happy to lead for a couple of laps, his straight line power kept him in the race but the tight twisty bends slowed him down he was jumped by the boys on the bell lap and finally finished in 5th place.
Other LVYCC news riders Georg J took third place in his first race and failed to grab any further points in his final race.
Matt Clements was having a great race until his chain snapped on the bell lap and he suffered a really hard crash which saw him taken to the local A&E. Fortunately Matt has not broken any bones but unfortunately he has lost a lot of skin and most of his kit at the airport car park, we wish you a speedy recovery Matt.
The event was well organised and thanks to the team at NCA for looking after us.
